Partek Genomics Suite

Please fill out all fields to receive a Partek license. Once the agreement is received by Partek, you will be contacted via email with instructions for downloading and installing the software.

Beginning February 1, 2009, an annual fee of $1,350 will be billed to each lab participating in the site license. This fee provides an unlimited number of individual subscriptions within each paid lab as well as access to user support and training sessions to be held at the Becker Library. By submitting this completed form, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I will abide by the terms of the Partek Software License Agreement.
  2. I acknowledge and agree that Partek Software will be used exclusively for the purpose of teaching and scientific research, and all publications will include proper acknowledgment to Partek Incorporated. The software shall not be used for any consulting or joint project with or for any non-academic organization without prior written permission of Partek.
  3. I acknowledge and agree that this agreement, and the right to use the license granted herein is non-transferable and I will not under any circumstances acquire the software or license for any third party.
  4. I will not divulge any information about Partek gathered from the use of the software, or use the software to emulate the look and feel, or functionality of Partek in other software.
  5. The software is not to be used by, or demonstrated to, individuals or groups who are developing a freely available or commercially available software product used for analysis of genomic or genetic data such as produced by microarrays.
  6. I will not copy the Partek License file, nor attempt to duplicate the availability beyond the processes allotted in the Partek license agreement.
  7. By submitting this request, I am stating that I am an employee or authorized affiliate of Washington University in St. Louis.
