Procedures Consult Beta Test Available
Becker Library is a pilot licensee of Procedures Consult, an Online Procedures Reference and Competency Tool for Physicians and Residents. This new resource provides complete details of how to prepare, perform, follow-up and test your knowledge on medical procedures.
- To access Procedures Consult, use Internet Explorer (IE) and go to http://www.proceduresconsult.com/wusm
NOTE: Procedures Consult does not yet work with Firefox or other browsers. - IP authentication provides you access to Procedures Consult without the need for an individual user name and password.
- Once authenticated you may choose to create a personal account which allows for customization of the service.
Currently the database includes information on 39 procedures in:
- Anesthesia
- Aspiration
- Cardiac
- Dermatology
- Ear, Nose, and Throat
- Emergency Medicine
- Gastrointestinal
- Injections
- Musculoskeletal
- Respiratory
- Vascular care
