CINAHL database available through EBSCOhost beginning January 1, 2008
The Becker Medical Library’s access to CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature) will be changing. CINAHL via Ovid will no longer be available after December 31, 2007. Instead, CINAHL Plus (an expanded version of CINAHL) will be available through our new subscription to EBSCOhost.
CINAHL Plus includes many new features not previously available through OVID, including:
- PreCINAHL
- 1937 Begin Date of Indexing
- 1994 Begin Date of Searchable Cited References
- 2000 Begin Date of PDF Full Text
- Evidence-based Care Sheets
- Continuing Education Modules
- Research Instrument Records
