About Access Restrictions to Electronic Resources

Access and use of electronic resources made available by the Becker Medical Library are governed by license agreements between the School of Medicine and publishers or third parties. Several of the electronic resources carry some restriction on their use. Access may be restricted by user location, number of concurrent users, and/or password.

In short, most people experience access limitations based on the network to which their computer is connected. Below is a quick breakdown of what can be accessed from various networks.

Check out Becker's Global Health Resource Guide

Are you interested in researching global health issues, but not sure where to start? Becker Library’s Global Health Resources guide is a one-stop place to find the information you need. There you can find resources for finding information like statistics, relevant journals, and databases. You will also find information about the global health curriculum at Washington University, continuing education, fellowships/funding, and language/cultural resources.

You can find the guide here: Global Health Resources (http://beckerguides.wustl.edu/globalhealth)

Please contact Angela Hardi (hardia@wustl.edu) if you have any questions about the guide (or would like to recommend additional resources).

* Please note: Becker Briefs pages may contain links, email addresses or information about resources which are no longer current.
