About Access Restrictions to Electronic Resources

Access and use of electronic resources made available by the Becker Medical Library are governed by license agreements between the School of Medicine and publishers or third parties. Several of the electronic resources carry some restriction on their use. Access may be restricted by user location, number of concurrent users, and/or password.

In short, most people experience access limitations based on the network to which their computer is connected. Below is a quick breakdown of what can be accessed from various networks.

Free Training on "New" Clinical Pharmacology Available

Clinical Pharmacology

Clinical Pharmacology recently unveiled its completely redesigned user interface, featuring a sleaker look, quicker navigation, and additional drug information. Both the new and "classic" versions of Clinical Pharmacology are accessible via Library's web site QuickLinks dropdown menu.

Beginning September 12th, Clinical Pharmacology will make the new user interface its default. Users will be able to link back to the "classic" version until March 31, 2008. However, to ensure that users are prepared for and comfortable with the transition, Clinical Pharmacology is offering free training sessions daily (Monday through Friday) during the next few weeks.
