About Access Restrictions to Electronic Resources

Access and use of electronic resources made available by the Becker Medical Library are governed by license agreements between the School of Medicine and publishers or third parties. Several of the electronic resources carry some restriction on their use. Access may be restricted by user location, number of concurrent users, and/or password.

In short, most people experience access limitations based on the network to which their computer is connected. Below is a quick breakdown of what can be accessed from various networks.

Becker Medical Library would like to invite you to participate in our Mobile Medicine Survey. The goals of the survey are to ascertain how many of our users utilize mobile technology, what types of apps are being used, and how Becker Library can best offer services to support the use of mobile medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine.

The online Mobile Medicine Survey should take 3-5 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous.

Upon completion of the survey you will be given the opportunity to enter a prize drawing. The prize drawing form will open in a new a window and is not linked to your survey responses. Prizes include (4) $30.00 gift cards from, (3) $10.00 gift cards from the WUSM/Barnes&Noble Bookstore, and (2) $10.00 vouchers from Bon Appetit. Your odds of winning a prize depend on the number of survey respondents who choose to enter the prize drawing. You will need to supply your name and WUSM/WUSTL email address to enter the prize drawing.
