In Training health communicators — The need for a new approach\, participants will reflect on the advantages of eq uipping clinicians with public communication compe tencies and how academic and health care instituti ons can support these efforts. Mary Goldschmidt (W ashU Bursky Public Health) will lead the discussio n.

Come together with people from diff erent fields\, professional avenues\, and career s tages—all with a shared interest in science commun ication\, but each with their unique perspective. Reading is suggested but not required to attend. R efreshments will be served!
