Do you want to take your research to the next level with single-cell genomics but are concerned about doing it right the first time? Fear not! There are tremendous resources available to you at Washington University. Join us September 10 for a joint workshop hosted by Becker Medical Library, GTAC@MGI, Partek, and Illumina.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Please register here.

There will be two informative sessions:

Morning Learning Session:  We have a variety of educational presentations that will help you understand the important experimental considerations and current trends at each point in the workflow including sample isolation, library prep, sequencing, base calling, and data analysis and visualization options.  Throughout the workflow process, we will highlight what local resources and capabilities are present to help you achieve a successful single cell experiment.

Afternoon Hands-on Workshop: Bring your laptop computer and join a scientist from Partek to walk through a live data set and learn hands-on how to demultiplex, QC your data, conduct analysis, and explore visualizations.
