About Access Restrictions to Electronic Resources

Access and use of electronic resources made available by the Becker Medical Library are governed by license agreements between the School of Medicine and publishers or third parties. Several of the electronic resources carry some restriction on their use. Access may be restricted by user location, number of concurrent users, and/or password.

In short, most people experience access limitations based on the network to which their computer is connected. Below is a quick breakdown of what can be accessed from various networks.

2012 - the year you learn to code!

If you're like me, this time of the year always brings about a series of resolutions I set for myself - some serious and some not so much.  Last year I decided that 2012 is the year that I will better develop my coding skills and it appears that the fine folks at CodeAcademy have given us a fabulous way to do just that. Introducing CodeYear!

Sign up on Code Year to get a new interactive programming lesson sent to you each week and you'll be building apps and web sites before you know it.

Sign up, learn, and become the hacker you've always hoped you could be...
