About Access Restrictions to Electronic Resources

Access and use of electronic resources made available by the Becker Medical Library are governed by license agreements between the School of Medicine and publishers or third parties. Several of the electronic resources carry some restriction on their use. Access may be restricted by user location, number of concurrent users, and/or password.

In short, most people experience access limitations based on the network to which their computer is connected. Below is a quick breakdown of what can be accessed from various networks.

Genomics & the Era of Personalized Medicine

Take an hour off from your hectic schedule, grab a cookie and some coffee, and join us for the Genomics & the Era of Personalized Medicine seminar series. The lecture series is intended for those who wish to learn more about the techniques, analysis, and clinical application of Genomic Medicine.

If you’ve missed out on some of the excellent speakers, don’t be dismayed as recordings and some slide sets will be available at the Digital Commons@Becker repository by the end of the academic year.

All lectures are held in Wohl Auditorium on Mondays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a 1-hour lecture and additional time for questions.
