About Access Restrictions to Electronic Resources

Access and use of electronic resources made available by the Becker Medical Library are governed by license agreements between the School of Medicine and publishers or third parties. Several of the electronic resources carry some restriction on their use. Access may be restricted by user location, number of concurrent users, and/or password.

In short, most people experience access limitations based on the network to which their computer is connected. Below is a quick breakdown of what can be accessed from various networks.

Wiley Online Library Migration

Updated: Wiley Online Library is migrating to a new flexible, forward-facing publishing platform hosted on Atypon, the leading scientific and scholarly digital platform provider. The migration did not occur February 24-25.

The migration is now planned to occur in 3-4 weeks. Redirects will be put in place for all current URLs, to their new counterparts. If you created an individual login, your eTOC and citation alert settings will be migrated to the new platform. Saved search alerts and article “favorites” will not be migrated. Read more about the migration.

* Please note: Becker Briefs pages may contain links, email addresses or information about resources which are no longer current.
