Join us to learn about Lasergene comprehensive protein sequence and structure analysis software offering integration with Nova protein structure prediction and modeling tools. This session will highlight the core functions of the Protean 3D interface, and introduce the new Novalocal protein modeling server which provides a local deployment of the leading AlphaFold Multimer, Bolz, and ESMFold, protein modeling algorithms.

Understanding protein structure is critical to understanding protein function, but many protein analysis tools separate sequence analysis, structural visualization, and modeling into disconnected workflows.

Lasergene Protein brings these capabilities together in a unified environment with integrated sequence and structure analysis, interactive 3D visualization, and streamlined mutation analysis workflows.  The session will highlight the core functions of the Protean 3D interface, and we will introduce the new Novalocal protein modeling server which provides a local deployment of the leading AlphaFold Multimer, Bolz, and ESMFold, protein modeling algorithms.

Workshop Agenda

  •   Protein Modeling (Alphafold 2, Boltz, ESMFold), Protein Docking, and Antibody Modeling.
  •   Protein visualization and annotation
  •   Enhanced biomarker, ligand, and physicochemical method protein extrapolation
  •   Setting up your own local protein modeling suite.

This workshop will be taught by Scientist from DNASTAR. This session is designed for new users, or experienced users, or anyone interested in expanding their understanding of DNASTAR’s capabilities across molecular biology, genomics, and structural biology.
