Becker Library has partnered with the Institute for Informatics to provide data management and sharing educational offerings and support services to the Washington University Medical Center community.
Funding agencies are increasingly requiring data management plans as part of grant submissions. The Data Management Plan Tool (DMPTool) is a free, online tool to help you easily build a data management plan that meets your funder’s requirements. Sign in through Washington University’s DMPTool affiliation using your WUSTL Key. We can assist you if you have any questions about data management plans or the DMPTool.
For more information, check out the slides from our Data Management Planning and Practice workshop.
Becker Library is pleased to offer introductory, hands-on REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) workshops. REDCap is a secure, web-based application for building and managing online databases and surveys. Developed at Vanderbilt University and made freely available to other institutions, our Washington University instance of REDCap is managed by the Institute for Informatics. Join us or view the recordings to learn what REDCap is and how to use it to collect and manage your research data.
