Love Data Week

As more funders and publishers are now mandating data sharing in repositories, the process of identifying the appropriate repository for your specific data types can feel overwhelming.

Join Sarah Swanz from University Libraries and Seonyoung Kim from Becker Medical Library for an informative session on choosing a repository for your data types and how to properly prepare your data and associated documents for submission into data repositories.

They will lead a comprehensive review of essential characteristics for a data repository to meet funder or publisher requirements and discuss key considerations for selecting one. Gain insights into different repository types—domain-specific, institutional, and generalist and how to choose the most suitable repository for your data. Learn step-by-step how to deposit your data into WashU's institutional repositories, WURD and Digital Commons Data@Becker. Join us to acquire the necessary guidance for successfully navigating this process.
