Partek Flow Registration

  • A shared group license for Partek Flow is available to the Washington University community for an annual cost of $3,080 per lab. The Partek Flow license year runs from February to February, with licenses renewing automatically. License costs cannot be prorated.

  • By submitting this completed form, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. I will abide by the terms of the Partek Software License Agreement.
    2. I acknowledge and agree that Partek Software will be used exclusively for the purpose of teaching and scientific research, and all publications will include proper acknowledgment to Partek Incorporated. The software shall not be used for any consulting or joint project with or for any non-academic organization without prior written permission of Partek.
    3. I acknowledge and agree that this agreement, and the right to use the license granted herein is non-transferable and I will not under any circumstances acquire the software or license for any third party.
    4. I will not divulge any information about Partek gathered from the use of the software, or use the software to emulate the look and feel, or functionality of Partek in other software.
    5. The software is not to be used by, or demonstrated to, individuals or groups who are developing a freely available or commercially available software product used for analysis of genomic or genetic data such as produced by microarrays.
    6. I will not copy the Partek License file, nor attempt to duplicate the availability beyond the processes allotted in the Partek license agreement.
    7. By submitting this request, I am stating that I am an employee or authorized affiliate of Washington University in St. Louis.
