Prism Personal License Registration

GraphPad Prism personal licenses are available to the WashU community for an annual cost of $150 per person. A personal license will allow the license-holder to manage up to 2 concurrent Prism activations and switch computers up to 2 times every 30 days. Each individual may have only 1 personal license. If you need Prism for multiple users on shared equipment, please request Prism Machine Tokens.

The Prism license year runs from September to September, with licenses renewing automatically. License costs cannot be prorated.

  • PI and Billing Details

    Enter the PI's name, email, and billing details. Enter your own information in the name and email fields if you will pay for the license yourself (credit card only). You may also enter additional contact emails for anyone that should be cc'd when the license is processed. PIs and additional contacts will not be granted authorization to activate Prism unless they are listed as the user in the User Details section below.

  • Prism User Details

    Enter the Prism user's information. Each person may only have 1 license, covering Prism use on up to 2 computers. Request a machine token if you need Prism active for multiple users on a shared computer.
