To provide Washington University School of Medicine researchers and their staff with access to specialized software tools and resources, Becker Library has set up the Research Pod – a cluster of customized PCs equipped with a core set of statistical, research and presentation software packages. The Research Pod is conveniently located on the library’s first floor.
The Research Pod offers the following programs:

- ArcGIS
- EndNote
- GraphPad Prism
- Mathematica
- MATLAB
- Microsoft Office
- PyMOL
- RStudio
- SAS
- SPSS
The Research Pod is freely available to any Washington University School of Medicine researcher or staff member with a WashU Key. Please be considerate to those that need to access the applications listed above and avoid using these computers for basic browsing or word processing.
