Preprint filters have been added to the search results page under publication types (limit to preprint) and journal titles (limit to medRxiv & bioRxiv).
Preprint is clearly labeled on the results page and preprint records can be recognized in the abbreviated journal title, source type, source of indexing and publication type fields in the additional information section within the record details page.
