Becker Library will host a workshop for RNA-Seq data analysis in Partek Flow on September 29, 2016, in Farrell Learning and Teaching Center – Holden Auditorium. This workshop is free and open to all at WUSTL.
Morning session – 9am-12pm (FLTC-Holden Auditorium)
– Overview of Partek software solutions
– Hands-on training for RNA-Seq data analysis
Registration is required for the morning session, complete the workshop registration form to reserve a seat.
Afternoon session -1:30pm-3:30pm (Becker Library Room 102)
This portion consists of thirty minutes one-on-one sessions. To participate in the afternoon session, email Maze Ndukum at ndukummaze@wustl.edu to reserve a spot.
Both morning and afternoon sessions are hands-on so, please bring a laptop to use during the workshops.
