Becker Library and the Center for High Performance Computing (CHPC) are pleased to announce that a group license agreement for Partek Flow has been finalized and the application is now available on the CHPC cluster to the WUSM research community.
Partek Flow is a web-based software application designed specifically for the analysis of next generation sequencing data including RNA, small RNA, and DNA sequencing data with an easy-to-use graphical interface. 
WUSM researchers can purchase a user login for their lab at a discounted price of $3,000 per year. Using a shared, concurrent license model the group license agreement provides labs with a 15% discount off Partek’s standard annual fee. Each login will be allocated 250GB of space on the cluster for uploading data and creating custom analysis pipelines utilizing the processing capabilities and security available through the CHPC.
