When searching for a specific journal or e-book in the Electronic Resources portal, you can search by various title options, ISBN/ISSN, or a specific DOI or PMID number.
It is easy to overlook the option to search by medical subject category at the bottom of the page. This feature works best for journals, where subject searches for e-books are much more robust in the library catalog. If you click the drop-down box, you can search over 100 MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) terms. Results can be further limited to peer-reviewed or open access titles.
