A new historical exhibit titled, “Brain Localization: images and ideas through 500 years,” is on display from June 11 to September 14 on the seventh floor of the Bernard Becker Medical Library.
The Becker Library is very pleased to announce a new exhibit A Legacy of Achievement: Washington University School of Dental Medicine is now open in the newly renovated Glaser Gallery on the 7th floor of the library.
Prophetic works began to be printed as soon as Gutenberg developed his system of printing with movable metal type. In the early modern period, illustrated prophetic texts provided a way for people to try and understand the political and religious upheavals that surrounded them.
