Becker Library will host a workshop for RNA-Seq data analysis in Partek Flow on September 29, 2016, in Farrell Learning and Teaching Center – Holden Auditorium. This workshop is free and open to all at WUSTL.

Partek Flow Software Group License is Now Available to the WUSM Community

Becker Library and the Center for High Performance Computing (CHPC) are pleased to announce that a group license agreement for Partek Flow has been finalized and the application is now available on the CHPC cluster to the WUSM research community.
