Prism Registration

The current GraphPad Prism license package expires on September 20th, 2026 and no new Prism license requests will be accepted from August 20th until September 1st, to allow time to update our processes for our new subscription package.

New license requests until August 20th will still owe the full $80 per computer license fee and will expire automatically on September 20, 2026. GraphPad has a free 30-day trial or monthly license if you require short-term access.

We will update our license page before September 1st and email existing licensees the new package details over the summer.

  • GraphPad Prism is available to the Washington University community for an annual license cost of $80 per computer, Mac or PC (see Prism 10 system requirements). The Prism license year runs from September to September. License costs cannot be prorated.

    To improve license management, we recommend lab managers/permanent personnel apply for licenses for all shared computers.

    Do not use this form to request licenses for the 2026-2027 license year. Please wait until September 1, 2026 for new registration forms.

  • PI and Billing Details

    Enter the PI's name, email, and billing details. Enter your own information in the name and email fields if you will pay for the license yourself (credit card only). You may also enter additional contact emails for anyone that should be cc'd when the license is processed. PIs and additional contacts will not be granted authorization to install Prism unless they are listed as the user in the User Details section below.

  • Prism User Details

    Enter the Prism user's information and the number of licenses required. A WashU email address is required for activation, and each license may be applied to one computer. Prism licenses may not be transferred between users.
