Journal Citation Reports (JCR)™

Clarivate Analytics announced a series of policy changes for the Journal Citation Reports (JCR)™ aimed at aligning coverage between the Web of Science Core Collection™ and the JCR, providing more transparency of the data underlying JCR metrics to allow for an inclusive, more holistic way of comparing journals. Journal Citation Reports (JCR)™ includes 9,000 journals from more than 3,000 publishers.

New Website for the NIH Public Access Policy

NIH Public Access Policy guidance for publications is now incorporated into the NIH Scientific Data Sharing page under the Public Access Policy tab. The new Addressing Copyright page includes guidance for authors when signing copyright agreements with publishers. There are no changes to the Policy with the migration. Wiley Announces Pilot of AI-powered Papermill Detection Service

The Papermill Detection service includes six tools to identify issues with manuscripts submitted for peer review such as similarity detection, researcher identity verification, detection of AI-generated content, and others.
