Join us for an online workshop focused on using Partek Flow software for Bulk RNA-Seq data analyses. During this session, a Partek Scientist will demonstrate how to use the point-and-click user interface in Partek Flow to analyze Bulk RNA-Seq data from start (raw data) to finish (results/visualizations)
This workshop will occur on Zoom and includes hands-on demo activities using the point-and-click interface in Partek Flow to analyze data from a simple RNA-Seq experiment.
Agenda:
- Import data from .fastq files
- Perform QA/QC
- Alignment
- Gene abundance estimate and normalization
- Detect differentially expressed genes
- Biological interpretation
- Visualization (PCA, dotplot, volcano plot, hierarchical clustering etc.)
