Introduction to R – RNA-seq Data Analysis Using Bioconductor

This virtual workshop will provide an introduction to using R and Bioconductor for RNA-seq data analysis. We will use the EdgeR and ShortRead packages to perform RNA-seq data analysis, introducing various data formats, data input and output, data analysis, and visualization. The attendees will also get an opportunity to learn from hands-on activities.
