Introduction to R – Single Cell RNAseq Data Analysis Using R

This workshop will be led by a Bioinformatics Scientist at the Institute for Informatics, Data Science & Biostatistics (I2DB), and will focus on using R for scRNAseq data analysis. The session includes live demonstrations on how to analyze and interpret scRNASeq data using the R package Seurat (Version 5). Having basic knowledge of R prior to this session will help attendees to maximize their learning and benefit from the session
