Washington University School of Medicine will host the first WashU Epigenome Day on November 21, 2016 from 10am to 5:30pm. This event is free and open to the public and includes:
A scientist from QIAGEN will be on campus to lead an Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) training workshop on Wednesday, October 19th.
The workshop will run from 12:30-3:30 in Holden Auditorium and will be hands-on, so please bring your laptop.
Becker Library will host a workshop for RNA-Seq data analysis in Partek Flow on September 29, 2016, in Farrell Learning and Teaching Center – Holden Auditorium. This workshop is free and open to all at WUSTL.

A Field Application Scientist from Partek will be at WUSM on August 9, 2016 to lead a full day workshop that will provide hands-on training on RNA-Seq data analysis in Partek Flow.
Researchers at WUSTL have expressed interest in a potential Human Gene Mutation Database (HGMD) group or site license.
To honor requests from Researchers on campus, Becker Library and the McDonnell Genome Institute are investigating whether sufficient interest exits to support a group or site license for Human Gene Mutation Database (HGMD).
