New PubMed Feature: Best Match
Earlier this year PubMed released a new way of sorting search results: Best Match. It replaces the Relevance Sort feature that was previously available. You can use Best Match by clicking on the “Sort by” link on the top of a PubMed results screen and selecting “Best Match.”
